Ability to add routes to map

The ability to upload and add routes to maps so that others can see and download routes with addtional comments on state of the track / road suitability for walk, bike, horse etc.

Working on the ability to upload gpx files to the map at the moment.

You can now upload a GPX file that will overlay the map.

Still a few issues with this, I didn't know the XML schema for gpx files was so ...err... flexible  .
Will be uploading some improvements I hope based on what people have been uploading so far to make this more robust.
