If you are having problems with functionality on the site then check the following things:
- You are using the latest version of your chosen web browser
- You have cleared the cache in your web browser
- We have not run out of free data for the day (a message box should tell you if we have)
- You do not have JavaScript disabled in your web browser
If that doesn't help then post something in this support board letting us know your web browser (and version), your operating system (and version), the location you were trying to view.
